Do I need a lease or any other formal document?
All you need to provide us at the time of check in one form of ID for every person staying. For all short stays, leases or any other documents are not required. We may take a small damage deposit via credit card which is released post stay.
Are there any other charges besides the ones shown?
You may choose a meal plan (breakfast, dinner etc) and that would be extra. Besides this we charge GST as applicable on all stays. There are no other charges besides these.
What all is provided in the room kitchens?
All our in room kitchens have cook tops, cutlery, crockery and basic cooking utensils. If you do require anything extra our on site managers would be able to provide those.
What are the cancellation policies?
All bookings are subject to cancellation policy before arrival - the same can be discussed with the stay specialists. If there is any issue with the apartment / studio upon arrival you can look to shift to a different one / different location in our network. However if you do not like any location you can get a 100% refund as per the gaurantee below (subject to stay < 2 hours)
What support will be available to us during our stay at Perch?
You will have 3 levels of support available. There is a property manager who will be on ground to help solve any issues, support. You will also be able to connect with our facilities manager in case of any escalation. In addition, the top management is available in the unlikely scenario that the property team is not able to help.
Do you accept refund requests?
You can discuss the refund policy for any cancellations before arrival with our stay specialists. We do offer cancellations on some apartments and dates depending on the season - however it is best to get clarity on this from the specialist.
